Carnforth

Scene at Carnforth in 1968, with newly rescued Fairburn LMS 4MT 2-6-4T 42085 and BR Standard 4MT 4-6-0 75027 stored on one of the shed roads. The tank engine would stay in the North West on the Lakeside and Haverthwaite Railway but 75027 was destined for the Bluebell Railway where it stilll operates.
