Kirkintilloch [2nd]
OS One Inch Map of 1925 showing the Kirkintilloch area. The map was published in the same year as Back o' Loch Halt (back o' what loch?) opened and it has been rather hastily drawn in (below and to the left of KIRKINTILLOCH). The trackbed at this point has only recently disappeared under a relief road. A little further north this line, to Aberfoyle, is crossed by the single track Kilsyth line. Crown copyright 1925.
