Kirkintilloch [2nd]
Kirkintilloch station site has has been redeveloped and no traces
remain. However, just beyond the site looking north it is possible to make out the course of the line towards Aberfoyle as seen here on 28 October. Just half a mile to the south lay Kirkie's other station, the folksily (and misleadingly) named Back o'Loch Halt. All traces of that have recently been obliterated in the ongoing construction of a road linking the town with the M80.
