In a summer downpour WCRC 47760 hauls The Lakelander north along the WCML at Woodacre near Garstang, heading for Carnforth where the train would be handed over to Stanier 8F 2-8-0 48151 for the trip round the coast to Ravenglass. The train had originated at Wolverhampton and travelled via Shrewsbury, Wrexham and Chester to reach here. Out of sight on the rear is another Brush Type 4, Stratford liveried large logo 47580.
