Brampton (Suffolk)
A DMU headed for Lowestoft pulls away from Brampton station on 9th April 1978, next stop Beccles. The waiting shelter dates only from 1960, and even then it was secondhand, having previously been in use at Great Ormesby station until the Midland & Great Northern system closed in 1959. Although it was removed from Brampton in 1985, the shelter continued to lead a charmed life and ended up under preservation at the Mangapps Railway Museum in Essex.
