Deepdale Junction
Deepdale Mill Street level crossing, disused since the last coal train ran in 1994, looking north east towards Deepdale Junction and Longridge. Behind the camera is the site of the Preston Coal Concentration Depot, which was in the original Preston and Longridge Railway Deepdale Street terminus. The right hand track is in place all the way to the junction but the all pervading high security fencing was installed after the line closed.
