Rylstone
The huge 6w-6wDH shunter Cracoe has worked at the Swinden Limeworks near Grassington since it was built for the task in 1994. It is seen here in its usual stabling position at what is now the end of the branch from Skipton. For a period after delivery Cracoe worked alongside former BR Class 08 08054 See image 37527 but that has since been retired into preservation at Embsay. Judging by the loco paintwork dust control at the quarry is clearly much better these days.
