Dunfermline Queen Margaret

This is the location now known as Dunfermline Queen Margaret. The view looks east in 1997 with the end of the truncated line to Dunfermline Upper, Oakley, Comrie Colliery and Alloa in the foreground. A buffer stop had been placed on this line on the other side of the bridge seen in the background. Behind the camera is the new alignment of the B912 which severed the trackbed. This same view today would look across the carpark at Queen Margaret station with the station on the right.
