A member of the train crew opens the crossing gates between Staverton and Totnes on 30 July 1969 on what was then the Dart Valley Railway. The view is from the front of the Auto coach of the train in which the locomotive, an ex GWR 0-6-0 Pannier Tank, was sandwiched between 4 coaches.
