Progress on Nuneaton North Chord, 28 June 2012. The sharp eyed observer will note the absence of the Ashby line bridge over the WCML see image 38566 in this view looking North-East. Notice also the first layer of ballast on the new embankment. You probably won't be able to see the white tape blanking out the words 'July 2012' as the finish date on the contractors' boards.
