Kerne Bridge

When Kerne Bridge was built in the 1820's it was symmetrical. The
eastern (far) end was raised in the 1870's when the Wye Valley Railway
from Ross to Monmouth was being constructed. Kerne Bridge station (closed 1959) -
visible on the right - is now a private house.
