Lostock Hall Junction
Black 5 no 45305 working hard to get speed up with the 12 coach Fellsman as it crosses Lostock Hall Jct on the Preston to Blackburn stage of the journey from Lancaster to Carlisle on 22 August. There is a steady climb to the summit just east of Hoghton but at least one of the crew has time for a friendly wave to those at the lineside.
