Broadbottom

The 1847 station building at Broadbottom is in near original external condition, despite a pub having been incorporated into part of the building. The station, and nearby Broadbottom viaduct, are listed on the Transport Heritage Trust website as being of special interest. There is a half hourly service in each direction on the Manchester - Glossop/Hadfield route. This view is towards Manchester from the station footbridge.
