Attleborough

By December 2012 the Attleborough level crossing gates have been replaced by barriers. The semaphore signalling has been replaced by CLS. The signalman has been replaced by the shiny white Honeywell radar head on the right. The gates and signalling are described as radar - operated. The local community wishes to take over the signal cabin (1905) as a museum. For the first time in its history the station is unmanned. View towards Norwich in March 2013 see image 36465.
