Rushey Platt
Remains of the 1883 station at Rushey Platt, Swindon, in May 2013. The 4-platform station stood at the south end of the spur linking the GWR with the MSWJ. Closed to passengers in 1905 the station continued to handle goods traffic (mainly milk) well into the 1960s, with the line closing completely in 1975. Much of the site is now covered by an industrial estate.
