Stainton Junction
The bridge carrying the Waverley route over the West Coast Main Line at Kingmoor, seen here in 1981 looking back towards Carlisle. This surviving southern section of the line ran from Stainton, linking Kingmoor yard with a warehousing and distribution depot at Kingstown Industrial Estate, Brunthill. See image 17097
