Riccarton Junction
Panorama showing Riccarton Junction in September 1963 from Bell Hill, with an A3-hauled freight standing at the down platform. The newly-constructed Forestry Commission access road which ended Riccarton's total rail dependence is visible to the north, and the extensive ash filling required to form the railway yard west of the station is also evident.
