Calder Grove
An April 2014 view from Blacker Lane towards the former exchange sidings at Calder Grove, with just a short section of rail still visible. Works involving the tipping of many hundreds of tons of soil are taking place to create grassland along the routes of the old coal staithe and exchange siding lines from the former British Oak Opencast Disposal point. See image 28145 for the scene twenty two years earlier.
