Bristol Parkway
The delayed 09.31 FGW departure to Paddington, ex Swansea, with a dead 43134 at the head and driver on the phone, in platform 3 at Bristol Parkway on 4 June. The problem resulted in the 09.39 CrossCountry service to Edinburgh, ex Plymouth, being diverted into regional platform 4. The Paddington service continued forward a few minutes later making a slow exit with only one power car working.
