Bury Castlecroft Goods
Barclay Class 01 0-4-0DM D2956, seen through the window of a passing ELR train, is the resident shunter at Castlecroft Goods in Bury. The 153hp loco dates from 1956 and after withdrawal in 1966 continued working in a scrapyard at Snailwell until 1984 when it was donated to the ELR. The Barclay is alongside Class 08 08164, which is in the final stages of an overhaul.
