Pier 43 and its Headhouse in the Port of San Francisco. Built in 1914 by the Belt Railroad for loading train-ferries. Through the arch is the Liberty ship, SS Jeremiah O' Brien, moored at Pier 45. Launched in WW11, still very much seaworthy and powered by reciprocating triple expansion steam engines.
