Bedford
Looking South along the trackbed of the MR from Bedford to Hitchin - now serving as a car park for an engineering factory. A 153 can be seen heading for Bletchley, at a point where there used to be a flat crossing between these two lines. Sadly, there was a fatal collision here in Victorian times. see image 34689
