Portbou
View south along the lengthy platform at Portbou, first station in Spain on the line running between Perpignan and Barcelona Sants, with the external easternmost lines on the left showing a lack of regular use. These lines are standard gauge, electrified at 25KV for the occasional SNCF services that run beyond Cerbere. A 3 coach Rodalies de Catalunya EMU can just be seen under the station roof, after arrival on a service from Barcelona Sants, and a number of Renfe Mercancias Bo-Bo electric freight locos are stabled over on the right. The large freight yard is located beyond the stabled locomotives.
