Edinburgh Waverley
Two former Waverley Route travellers and long-time advocates for the Borders Railway pose beside the first ScotRail train from Edinburgh to Tweedbank on Sunday 6th September. On the left is Allan McLean (ex Virgin Trains and now Scottish Parliamentary Officer of the Campaign for Borders Rail) and to the right is John Yellowlees (ScotRail External Relations Manager and unofficial ambassador for everything ‘railway’ in Scotland).
