Doncaster Works
A2 Pacific 60532 Blue Peter at Doncaster on a wet and windy 28 July 1962, having recently emerged from a lengthy works visit. The locomotive was withdrawn by BR at the end of 1966 and later purchased by Geoff Drury. Following an eventful, if erratic, career in preservation, 60532 is currently (September 2015) in the hands of the RSLGT at Crewe, awaiting overhaul prior to a planned return to main line operating standard during 2016.
