Achnasheen

Black 5 5025 on the bridge over the River Bran just west of the platform at Achnasheen, where it paused to take on water on Saturday 25 September 1982. The locomotive was hauling the Scottish Steam Railtours Group 'Raven's Rock Express' from Inverness to Kyle of Lochalsh. The special was advertised as 'The first public steam-hauled run to Kyle after an absence of 20 years'.
