Rock Ferry

Rock Ferry was the station where Mersey Railway services terminated, in two bay platforms, and passengers transferred to main line services to Chester. All this changed in 1985 when the line to Hooton was electrified and since then the bay platforms have been mainly used for stabling EMUs and the centre stabling road lifted. 507019 idles away the time between the rush hours on 16th November 2015.
