Rock Ferry
A view towards Birkenhead from the footbridge access to the Chester platform at Rock Ferry. On the far left are the bay platforms, now used for stabling. To the right of the platforms in use are the disused platforms on this former four track main line. Latterly freight only to Birkenhead Docks, it is clearly a long time since the tracks on the right were last used but the colour light signal is still lit.
