Lowesby
A view towards Leicester (Belgrave Road) in March 2016 from the point where the B6047 crossed the GNR branch from Marefield at Lowesby station. Unfortunately the trees on either side of the trackbed prevent a complete view of the site and time did not allow a visit along a very roundabout route using the public right of way. The station here closed in 1957.
