Hinderwell
The old crossing gate and gateposts are still extant on the north side of Browns Terrace, Hinderwell, and are complete with an intact latching mechanism on the closing post. View is north along the, now partially blocked, trackbed heading towards the next station at Staithes some 3Km beyond. See image 55498 for a view of the gate from the other side over 25 years earlier.
