Pickering
Enter the Star of the show. On a visit to the NYMR is BR's last steam locomotive Class 9F 2-10-0 no 92220 Evening Star. From construction this loco was intended to be preserved. Thirty years after this shot was taken she is now on static display in a train museum not so far away.
