Elgin
The 0900 Inverness to Aberdeen service, formed of two unidentified Class 158 units, waits to cross the 0819 Aberdeen to Inverness service at Elgin on 29th August 2017. Just before the bridge is the junction for the goods yard, formerly the connection to Elgin East (GNoSR) station. The junction was temporarily removed during the
engineering works a couple of weeks later.
