The remains of the water tower still standing alongside the trackbed of the Talla Railway, photographed looking west from the A701 in the summer of 2008. The long demolished wooden platform once used by workers on the Talla Dam project stood alongside. The River Tweed is behind the camera and 'The Crook Inn' itself is just off picture to the right see image 60450.
