Edinburgh Waverley
A bright and sunny October morning at the east end of Waverley in 2017, with the 0926 ex-Helensburgh Central standing at platform 7, about to be passed by the 0700 from Kings Cross. The latter has just emerged from the Calton Tunnel and is heading for platform 11 via the southside crossover. Note the tracklifting underway in the short bays, which are soon to be extended to form platforms 5 and 6.
