Plates, signs, notices etc
The British Rail logo looks a little incongruous on this 1966 timetable poster, but in fact it's the rest of the content which was by then 'old image'. The poster is for use at the three stations on the Corstorphine branch and shows both arrivals and departures for each direction for each station. It takes a while to work out what's going on and it's hard to see how this was thought easier to follow than a straight timetable.
