Going up! The one operational 'up' escalator alongside Waverley Steps carries a steady stream of customers from the station up to Princes Street on 8 February 2018. The steps themselves were fully operational in both directions. The shot gives a wide view of the wall of Princes Mall decked out in what appears to have become the official 'Waverley cladding' see image 62530.
