West Australia Mountain 4-8-2 S542 Bakewell was built in 1943 and has been plinthed at East Perth station for over forty years. Thankfully, someone has perhaps listened to previous complaints about how it was displayed See image 46085 and it can now be seen in all its glory. Photo by Mike Burke on 25th February 2018.
