North Pier [Tram]
The old tracks of the Marton Circle tram route, covered in tarmac after closure in 1962, were revealed again in April 2018 when work started to move gas mains and water pipes prior to laying tracks to Blackpool North station. Trams formerly ran along both streets that diverge from this point. On the right the Marton route commenced while on the left the route towards Layton is being partly reopened.
