Leyland
The Welsh Mountaineer approaches the end of the railtour on 24 July 2018 as it passes Leyland with 8F No.48151 leading and a Class 37 tucked in behind.The service was running some 43 minutes early which resulted in the unusual sight of three steam locos arriving and departing from Preston within 30 minutes. First had been 45690 with 47237 on the Fellsman, then 44871 returning from Bristol with support coach piloted by 37706 before 48151 completed the hat-trick.
