A4 Pacific 60009 Union of South Africa running through Swindon Station, approximately 20 minutes early, with 47760 as back up on 28 July 2018. The locomotive was on its way from Paddington to Minehead, originally booked to go via Reading and Newbury to Westbury and then Minehead but the line to Newbury is blocked due to engineering work so the special was routed via the GWML.
