Two advantages of Railway Ramblers walks are the ability to cover private ground; and the facility to have relics pointed out to you which you might miss when walking alone. This is a case in point for the latter: the low brick wall in the centre of this shot once supported the track side of the water tank for Charwelton troughs. View looks West from the South end of the troughs.
