The Floibanen is a metre gauge funicular railway linking Bergen with a viewpoint on Floyen mountain, with a height difference of 302 metres. It was opened in 1918. There are three intermediate stops, mainly for the benefit of local residents. A car arrives at Vetrlidsalmenning (the base terminus). Passengers will exit to the right allowing new customers to board.
