There are some unusual exhibits at the Israel Railway Museum but this is more unusual than most. A Fordson Major tractor, converted for rail use shunting at the grain silo siding at Bnei Brak station, which came to the museum in 1999. I wondered about the paddles on the driving wheels but apparently they used to have concrete blocks attached for additional adhesion and it was fitted with a tarpaulin roof. Sadly it now stands outside deteriorating in all weathers.
