You've come off the train, made your way downstairs to the tram stop and you are confronted with tram ticket machines and posters - and a screen showing rail departures. Its facing quite the wrong way for people changing to a train. Was this really a deliberate decision or did somebody boob? Incidentally, why is it always 'change here for onward rail connections'? What other sort are there?
