York Place [Tram]
Locals (and I am very local) will see something odd about the position of this tram which was blocking a busy pedestrian crossing at York Place on 8th December 2019. At first I thought it had overshot and hit the buffers, but it was just short. A tram in front had just boarded and pulled out, followed shortly by this one ECS. I have never seen this before and am not sure what it was about. I should really have asked hi-vis guy.
