Milnthorpe
195107 hurries past the feeder station at Elmsfield, near Milnthorpe, with a Windermere to Manchester Airport service on a bitterly cold 12th February 2020. Only the first ten miles of this ninety five mile journey is not under the wires and there are recurring schemes to use bi-mode EMUs for these services but nothing has transpired yet.
