Blarney [CandMLR]
The 3ft gauge C&MLR line was opened to a terminus at Blarney in 1887, and closed on 29 December 1934. I must confess to have been very surprised to find this turntable across the road from the old station on 28th September 2019. It looks more like a replica than a restored original but seems to be on the site of the original. No information was given at the site but it looks as though the reconstruction or restoration is ongoing. Perhaps others have further information on this?
