Harome Siding

A moderate distance north of Harome Siding there were two bridges in close proximity to each other, one a narrow humped farm access road overbridge and the next an accommodation/ footpath rail overbridge. The humped bridge has been demolished as it was unsuitable to larger farm equipment, but the other bridge is still fully extant. This view is looking west along the farm access road, to where the narrow humped bridge crossed the railway which ran across view just beyond the pile of aggregate seen to the left. This was bridge HMY7. A small pile of assorted stone, near the trackbed to the right of the access road, is the only remnant from the bridge's existence. See image 74158
