A promotion-rate ticket for the (re)opening day of Edinburgh to Bathgate services in March 1986. A representative of a fantastic new Class called a Pacer was helping out that day; never seen in Scotland again as far as I know. My abiding memory is unexpectedly non-stopping Uphall and hearing the Doppler effect when passing a surprised piper at speed.
