Thornton Shed [2nd]
J37 64618 pauses briefly, just across the tracks from the roadway entrance to the depot, at Thornton on 20th September 1966. After nearly forty six years service the old 0-6-0 was withdrawn from here at the end of the following month and cut up at Motherwell Machinery and Scrap in February 1967.
